The machine automatically sorts approx. 3,000 pieces of cutlery per hour (knives, forks, tablespoons and teaspoons) into containers according to the alignment of the handles. We have already preprogrammed the most common types of cutlery; these no longer require additional adjustments. If your cutlery is a little more unique, we can easily reprogram the cutlery sorting machine to fit your needs.
Depending on specifications, a cutlery polishing machine can be connected at the beginning of the sorting machine. The sorting machine can also be connected directly to the cutlery track of the dishwasher. In addition, the cutlery sorting machine is mobile and has been equipped with a sound-absorbing cover.
