Q. How does a Cutlery Polisher work?
A. Cutlery must be washed and be completely grease-free. The wet cutlery that has not dried, is inserted into the hot drying granulate of the CS3500. The machine then removes the water very quickly, buffing the cutlery. The cutlery is now ready for the table.
* If you follow our operating instructions, your dishwashing system is operational with no faults and wash water not overloaded with grease, your cutlery will be ready for use on the table.
